June 12th:WH Albert is doing well, though his tummy is still upset.
He is sparky though, & we have started him on probiotic, Protexin.
June 13th: Escapee! WH Albert pushed his way out of the heated bathroom & ensconced himself on our senior border collie's (Indy) bed!
The floor is heated here, so he isn't silly!
June 14th: WH Albert is getting stronger & drinking so much more (& well)!
Here he is warming in the bathroom, while we wash and dry his jacket.
Excuse the nappy, but it does make for easier clean ups!
July 6th:WH Albert has a new minder, with our big boy Macca (probably 80-90% maremma), who keeps an eye on the little bloke.Albert's pain levels are getting harder to manage though, with more regular pain injections being needed.
He is starting to eat grass at last, but only if served to him, as he hates standing on grass! He also loves lamb pellets, but these constipate him further, so need to be limited. He is also starting to lap at water, helped by the salt lick he loves.
Hang in there dear boy. Xxx
